We called customer service and were told that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Finally, 18 weeks after we placed our order, our couch was delivered…but it was the wrong color. We called customer service again and they said they would send out the correct color…in another 6-8 weeks. Needless to say, we are no longer customers of Eric Church Furniture.
